We are always focused on WHAT makes us happy rather than being happy in whatever moment comes our way. My question is how to do that?

Happiness is always the way you perceive a given thought.
If you meet whatever comes along with heads up, they usually take care of themselves. If you expect nothing, anything will
give you a moment of happiness. A state of mind has much to do with your responsibility to yourself. You can look at something half full or half empty. What makes one person happy does not necessarily make the other person happy.
Always count on blessings you know you have, the rest
will fit into your catagory of happiness or other.

well it actually depends for every person because noone is the same and it will be very queer if one thing made the whole world spin

You get to that state of mind by doing things that make you happy, but you need some unhappy moments to appreciate being happy. Always remember what makes you happy, and do what makes you happy; therefore, you should always be happy.

Live in the now, not in the past or the future.

I dont know if this is always the case for everyone (though it may very well be) but the thing that always blocked my ability to be happy was the belief that in the moment, I somehow didnt deserve happiness. I had different variations of this belief, for example, I wasnt successful enough to be happy, or I didnt have enough love in my life to be happy. My solution came mainly through reading books, and one by one, those beliefs began to be challenged and dismantled. It was really simply about giving myself the permission to be happy by considering the stories and ideas of others who I could relate to and who had found happiness themselves. The real struggle was in searching for the key ideas that would convince me that I deserved to be happy. They werent exactly easy to find. If you are on that search yourself, I can suggest a couple of books that were important for me:
‘A Guide To Rational Living’ by Albert Ellis
‘Flow’ by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi
Best of luck.
