Do you have the same supervisor? If so, talk to him/her for advice. You can also speak to Human Resources if you feel comfortable doing do.

My knee jerk reaction is that unless your performance is being affected, stay out of the situation. They will bring attention to themselves in the end. If however you must get involved, hand off to someone who is qualified to deal with the situation.

If it’s interfering with work, itemize his behaviors and let his supervisor know. If he just has problems at luch, about all you can do is avoid him.

be hypothetical about someone you know that needs it…and get his advice on how to handle such a person…then use his advice immediately and see how that works…if not get out of the way and then avoid that person…it will eventually work its way in…hopefully.
