What should I do to work on my self esteem?

2

I think I have log esteem or when i’m confident about something, it takes little to pop that little head of mine.

I don’t want to be arrogant, but just confident.

And yes I dp appear to sort of have low self esteem at the moment.

There is no one else like you out there. You are who you are and that’s the best you can be.
As soon as you realize that, your confidence will be fine.
If you want to try this, you might find it helpful:
On a piece of paper write all the things you like about yourself. Hang it somewhere you can read it anytime you want. In your room for example, or on the fridge in the kitchen. After having read the list a few times, you start feeling better. :)

I understand your point.
What can higher self-confidence give you?

The best form is to practice. Making a list of your advantages seems a good idea. I may be also beneficial to read it aloud so as to gain experience of loud emphasizing of your advantages.
