great way to start you not going to a chill out management class so get angry and have a honest look at what your angry about I suspect your pissed off at the way life is for you right now be with the way it is not the way it is not otherwise you will be pissed off the rest of your life and create some terminal disease relax this too shall pass.
You are going to have to control yourself. Nothing will happen as long as you aren’t violent and don’t take your anger out on other people.
