This shouldn’t be a question at all…
Low self-esteem —> People who don’t believe in themselves, scared of the world, afraid of trying new things and always thinking they’re loosers.
High self-esteem —> People who really believe in themselves, have confidence, are proud of who they are and are always thinking that they are winners.
In low self-esteem people rate themselves badly
In high self-esteem people rate thhemselves highly
An alternative to either tricky position is self-acceptance.
low self esteem = feeling like you are not good enough, less than others
high self esteem = feeling like you are good enough, and sometimes in extreme cases, feeling like you are better than others
