What’s your motivation to stay awake doing homework and studying at night?
I have so much homework, and succeeding in school means more to me than anything. Unfortunately, I have to stay up late finishing up my homework and studying. What are some of your powerful motivations to help you stay awake doing homework at night?
For example, maybe you want to prove the people who have always looked down on you that you’re capable of doing above the average in school, etc.?

Just do it earlier. That’s what I do.
Be done with it by 10 if possible.
Your motivation should be getting those good grades. It should be on getting a good education and being successful in life.
My motivation is that hopefully, one day, if I get all my work done now, whether I stay up late to do it or not, I will someday be a success. With or without a wife, kid(s), dog, and picket fence; at least having a house, a stable way of income, and where I would be in a state to fend for myself. It’s not necessarily a pessimistic view of life, but it’s not really optimistic, either.
Depends what kind of school you are in. I droped out of high school becauce I never had motivation to get anything done but now that im 20 I got my GED( which you can get at age 16 with parents consent) and im in a 2 year comunity collage for Culinary Arts. Once I graduate the 2 year program I will be making 35,000 a year starting. Unless you plan to go to a 4 year college u dont need a deploma just get a GED and you will be making at least as much money as I am. Jobs look at what degree you have. They don’t look and see if you completed high school. When your in college that should be a huge motivation cause your paying for it and in the end you are going to make a great living. I remember how great it feels to get good grades! You’ll be so proud of yourself later. It’s nice to know you worked hard on something. When you have free time, it will feel even better to relax knowing you have everything done. So, I just DO IT
