i have a lot of goals and if a write a plan for all of them i just get frustrated and i get the feeling that i’m just doing this to try to feel better about myself. i have lots of goals and i’ll be honest that i’m not good at sticking onto my goals.

Definitely think of a step by step plan to achieve it, and make sure you WRITE them down, either by pen if your writing is good or type them up on computer and print them out. Make sure you observe this Goal list EVERYDAY. When you wake up, during lunch, in the evening, and before you go to bed. This is the only way you will ultimately achieve your goal. Trust me on this.

You have to goals in all areas of your life to remain in balance. You can do it, I too am new to this goal setting list but I believe that if you look at your goals non-stop, and post them up at your desk if you work, bed, in your car somewhere your subconsious will constantly be reminded to work towards them, and you will, because you’ll see them everywhere.

Go get busy!! Good luck to you on a successful life :)

ME i set a lot of goal while working out. Like when i do push ups I’ll say i am going to do 25 or something. Then I will try to achieve it if i do i set a new goal, i will do 35. If i don’t achieve it i will keep going until i achieve and set a new goal..
