Where Can I Get Help Setting And Working With Goals?

These are distinctly different things. The first is value-oriented, the second more process oriented. I actually have few goals other than better health since my health slipped, and I feel goals that have nothing to do with health might improve my health.

1) Write your goals out and thing syou believe in
2) Sketch a timetable
3) FInd sources of motivation – Dreams, family, songs etc
4) Swing into action
5) Keep your mind and body fresh, eat more vegetables and fruits and drink more fresh water,
6) Take care of yourself
7) Fail, try and fail and try and improvise
8) Repeat until you succeed
9) Remember it is your life and others can only guide you. FInd love in your family and friends and compromise for others
10) Love this world and yourself!
