Where Can I Go For Anger Management Help?
I have anger management issues and have known it for a while but it is starting to upset my girlfriend. Where can I go to get help that can help me stay calm and mangement it?

You can go to any mental health clinic for information on this, and they may also have meetings too. The John Howard society I believe also would have these meetings. At the very least these two places should know where you can go to receive the help you need and congratulations for having the courage and taking this very positive step to a better fulfilled life for yourself first.
