I’ll go for Stress Management cuz I’m always to feeling anger and even I’m getting a hot temper due to a lot of my works in my office and I want to throw it away of all my paperworks.Well it is not good of our health when we are feeling an anger,a depression and we should to taking a rest,to spending and to bonding time with our loved ones and always to keep on praying when we will have of our own problems until to overcome the some challenges our lives
Stress management would be more useful for me as I rarely get angry. I think I’d be grateful for some new strategies on coping with stressful situations as I’m surrounded by them in my life at home, at work and sometimes even here!
The way I deal with stress is pretty simple though. I go to sleep, things always look better in the morning or I breath in for 4 and out for 8

I agree with Miss Anita. Also, I think more people have bigger problems with stress-control rather than anger-control.
Stress Management. Anger is a product of stress.
Stress management. Cuz, anger is an outcome of stress. Hence both gets covered under this one head.
Stress Management. I almost always get mad when I’m stressed, so it would be like killing two birds with one stone.
