Who’s face is on Stan the anger management doll on Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide?

In the episode A New Grade, Ned is the new school bully (by accident) and is told by the school psychiatrist to beat up “Stan” the anger management doll. There’s a face on the doll that looks familiar but I can’t place it. Does anyone know who it is?
