If you change your perspective for the better then obviously you learn how to look at things in a more positive way which would result in less stress overall. If you are always looking or dwelling on the negative things you will become stressed out. Pretty simple
Looking at the situations you may be in through different viewpoints give you a better understanding of whats happening around you. By understanding what and why certain things are happening, you can feel more in control of your life and take steps to ensure the best possible outcome for yourself and others.
Perception is a really important part of how we feel and react emotionally to certain things. Changing your view of something can create a new reality, and can allow you to see things that used to cause you stress in a different light. We often interpret things very quickly though, so that’s why it can take a long while sometimes before really changing our views of situations. It can be challenging to turn your thoughts around quickly enough. I hope this helps a little. : ]
Of course. I do that. whenever i feel that i have to put myself in other people’s shoes i realise that we all are the same. that gave me more understanding. i am alot calmer now and i can control my reactions and never get stressed.
when im in a bad situation…i make the best of it…then the situation usually turns itself around
